William Brown

William F.  Brown, age 81, of Newtown Square, PA, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2020.

Born in Drexel Hill, PA, he was the son of the late Alan and Miriam (nee Powell) Brown.

William served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy and was employed as an engineer for General Electric.

William was the beloved husband of Maureen A. (nee Smyth) Brown; the loving father of Deborah Cellars (the late Victor), Patricia Christiansen (Robert), Kelly Lockheed (Scott) and Tracey O’Leary (Bryan).  He was the devoted grandfather of Declan, Emily, Fiona, Aidan, Eva and William.   William was the dear brother of Eleanor Roberts, Charlotte Hoffman, Virginia Harding, Alan Brown, Mitchell Brown, Richard Brown and the late Miriam Woolford.  He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.

Services and interment will be held privately.
