Thomas A. “Tom” Scattergood, 71, on October 10, 2021, of Newtown Square, PA.

Loving father of Sarah Jane DeJesse (Michael); devoted grandfather of Mia; dear brother of Christine Barone (the late Jay), Harold F. Jr (Maryhelen) and M. Katherine Moser (Ted); uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings; Ann S. McDevitt, Jane S. MacNeal and Patricia S. Burk.

"Growing up, Tom enjoyed spending summers at the beach with his family in Ocean City and Longport, NJ.  Tom loved all sports; but he especially loved playing and watching baseball.  He was an avid Phillies fan.  One of his most treasured memories was participating in a Phillies Dream Week in 1990. Tom always looked forward to seeing family and friends. His constant good humor, and kind, gentle presence will truly be missed by everyone who knew him."

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 9:30-10:30 AM Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021 at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Sq., PA followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Int. Calvary Cem.
