Sandy Lynn

Sandy (nee Findle) Lynn, 78, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on January 22, 2020.

Born in Ridley Park, PA in 1941, she was the daughter of the late Ralph J. and Janet (nee Palmer) Findle. She was retired and a former colleague of State Farm, Strawbridge and Clothier and Macys’ Department Stores. Sandy enjoyed gardening, bible study, decorating for the holidays and was an avid Phillies fan. She was dedicated to her family and friends which were her greatest joy. Sandy was often found on the sidelines cheering on local sports teams or digging her toes in the sand at the New Jersey beach. In addition to her family, she relished her time spent with her friends from  Ridley Township, class of 1959.

Sandy was the beloved wife of Donald B. Lynn, Sr., with whom she shared 52 years of marriage; loving mother of Don Lynn (Amy) and Jennifer Mahmud (Hassan); adoring grandmother of Annie, Cooper, Ben, Will, Elizabeth, and Kate; predeceased by her brother, Ralph Findle.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 7-9 PM Thursday, January 30, 2020 and 10-11 AM Friday at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610-269-3080, followed by her Funeral Service 11 AM. Interment private.
