Rita Hough

Rita A. Hough (nee McAleer), age 63, of Pottstown, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on January 15, 2020. She was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Alice McAleer (nee Andrien).

Rita worked in the healthcare industry as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a graduate of Upper Darby High School’s class of 1974.

Rita was the loving mother of Dawn Hough (Kobi Leakins), Michelle Smith (Charles), William Hough (Lindsey Kahn), Amanda Quinn (Sean), and Daniel Hough (Candice Davis); adoring grandmother of Nicollette, Angelique, Molly, Abigail, Johann, Charlotte, and Joseph; caring sister of Margaret Fitzpatrick and Robert McAleer. She was predeceased by her siblings, William McAleer, Joseph McAleer, and Marcella Gigliotti.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Monday, January 27, 2020 9:30-10:20 AM at St Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Private.
