Jeffrey Wogram

September 29, 1975 — January 10, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Jeffrey Wayne Wogram, September 29, 1975 to January 10, 2021, our loving son, devoted father, caring life partner, loyal brother and overprotective uncle.

Jeff was a son and best friend to his parents Rudy and Sheryl Wogram and is survived by his four-year-old son Tristan Alexander Wogram, life partner Sasha Kryst, brother Brian, nieces Emma and Jessica and nephew Steven, his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. We know Jeff is now with his maternal grandparents Clyde and Ruth Lyman and his paternal grandparents Rudolph and Jeanne Wogram and is loved here on earth as well as in heaven.

Born in Somerville, NJ, Jeff was raised by his parents in a caring and supportive home along with his older brother Brian. Jeff and Brian were inseparable growing up, playing sports together, attending parties (non-alcoholic, of course) and spending time with the family. Family was so important to Jeff and he assumed the role of family guardian from a very early age. Under most circumstances, the older brother is normally the protector of his younger brother. That was not the case with Jeff and Brian; Brian enjoyed the safety and comfort of strolling the hallways of Downingtown High School knowing that his younger brother would always have his back and look over him.

Jeff was resilient and motivated and worked hard throughout his early years to earn his accounting degree from Villanova. He then began his professional career working in public accounting and eventually progressed into more senior roles in the banking industry and then the manufacturing industry. He recently earned his tax certification with near perfect scores.

Over the past decade, Jeff developed into the man that made us all proud of him. He valued a strong handshake, opening doors for the elderly and being a loyal family man. Jeff adored his mother and father, loved spending time with his nieces Emma and Jessica and his nephew Steven, and treasured the rest of his family and close circle of friends. He was unselfish and always looked out for others and would put others before himself. He was a real life hero to those who knew him.

Jeff and his life partner Sasha delivered their son Tristan into this world on February 8, 2016 and Jeff immediately became a doting father who cherished every minute with Sasha and Tristan. Jeff and Tristan became inseparable over the next five years of their lives and Tristan was the shining light in Jeff’s life and will carry on Jeff’s legacy for the rest of our lives.

We LOVE and MISS you so much Jeff, this world is a lesser place without you.

In light of Jeff’s battle with mental illness and the sadness left in its wake, the Wogram family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to NAMI, a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to supporting people who are suffering from mental illness.
