Gary Sheehan

Gary J. Sheehan, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2021, he was 72 years of age.

Gary was born to Francis J. and Elizabeth (Betty) K. Sheehan in Wilmington DE on August 26, 1949.

Gary is the beloved brother and survived by six siblings and their spouses, Frank and Bernadette Sheehan, Ron and Donna Sheehan, Judyann Sheehan, Kevin Sheehan, Lisa Sheehan and Chris Gaumann, and Mary (Honey) and Sam Coniglio.  He is also the proud uncle and survived by nine nieces and nephews and their spouses and seven grandnieces and grandnephews.

Gary served in the Army and earned medals for his sharpshooting and marksmanship.  After his honorable discharge from the service, Gary worked in several fields as a salesman and drove a trolley for SEPTA.  Gary was also 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, loved fishing and any other outdoor activity.  He was also a huge Flyers fan from the beginning of the team!  Gary was a terrific guy who could always make you smile and will be greatly missed.  While he could be mischievous and was at times a rascal everybody loved Gary!

All are invited to his Viewing at 10:30 AM which will be held at Saint Denis Church, 2401 St. Denis Lane, Havertown, PA  19083, Friday, September 10, 2021 with Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11:30 AM.  Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
