Frank Bloomer, Jr.

Frank S. Bloomer Jr., 91, of West Chester, PA passed away on January 6, 2020.

Born in Malvern, PA in 1928, he was the son of the late Frank S. and Marguerite (née King) Bloomer Sr.

He was the loving husband of the late Virginia (née Jones) Bloomer; loving father of Linda C. Riccio (Salvatore) of Douglasville, PA and Charles D. Bloomer (Stacey) of West Chester, PA; devoted grandfather of Stephen Bloomer, Michelle Bloomer and Jason Riccio; great-grandfather of Aiden Riccio. He is also survived by 1 sister. Predeceased by 1 Brother and 6 sisters.

Frank served honorably in the US Navy on the USS Franklin, receiving an End of World War II Medal, before serving on the USS Midway.  He worked as a Western Division Supervisor with PECO, where he worked for over 40 years.

Frank loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
