Winnie Jane Mostardi

Winnie was the beloved wife of the late Louis Mostardi; the loving mother of Stephen Mostardi (Cecelia) and Deborah Gray; “Nana” to Michael and Paul Mostardi, Christopher Gray (Jessica), and Jennifer Shields (Ryan); and the cherished great-grandmother of Evan, Colin, and Justin Gray and Winnie Shields.
 
Winnie met the love of her life, Lou, at a U.S. Army PX in Dallas, TX, where he was stationed during World War II. They later moved to Newtown Square and worked side-by-side for many years at their garden center, Mostardi Nursery.
 
Winnie loved traveling throughout the US and abroad, bowling, golfing and playing cards. She also enjoyed rooting for Philadelphia sports teams (especially the Phillies).
 
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Thursday, July 28, 2022, 9:30 – 10:30 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, followed by her Funeral Mass, 10:30 AM. Interment private.
