William Joseph "Billy" Thompson, Jr., 69, of Wayne, PA passed away on October 21, 2017.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1948, he was the son of the late William Joseph Thompson and Marie (nee Kelly) Brown.
Bill was the beloved husband of Fari; loving father of Taraneh; admired father-in-law of Stephen Gontkosky and devoted and cherished grandfather of William "Billy" and Nathaniel Gontkosky. He is also survived by sisters Patricia, Dolores and Christine, brother Kevin, many dear nieces and nephews and many, many treasured friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 9:30-11:30 AM Saturday, October 28, 2017 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 366 W. Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087, 610-989-9600 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Interment Valley Forge Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 30 S. 17th Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19103
