William Saurman, Jr.

William J. Saurman Jr. passed away February 11, 2019.
Bill was born in Bryn Mawr, Pa. on September 18, 1945.
He attended St. Aloysius School until he was 9 years old.
He then moved to Saint Coletta boarding school in Boston, Massachusetts.
While he was there, Bill traveled to Lourdes on a trip with other residents from St. Coletta School.
When he left St. Coletta at age 13, Bill moved to Florida with his family, where he attended day programs and lived at home.
In 1977 Bill's family moved back to Philadelphia and he has resided at Don Guanella Village (formerly CK Center) since then.
He is survived by his sisters, Lynne Oakes (Joe), Gail Diamond (Ed, deceased) and Janice Dunhour (Fred), as well as six nieces and nephews.
Bill's parents, William and Margaret Saurman, predeceased him.
Bill was always happy and put a smile on the faces of everyone he met.
He was easy to love!!
Friends and relatives are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, February 21, at 10:00am at Saint Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Bromall, Pa.
Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 am. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
