William McDavitt

William D. “Bill” McDavitt, 93, of Exton, PA, passed away on April 23, 2020.

Born in Missouri in 1927, he was the son of the late Carlisle and Agnes (nee Smith) McDavitt. Bill served honorably in the US Army during WWII. He was a devout member of the Newtown Square Presbyterian Church. Bill proudly told his family and friends “he was going to heaven.” He had a sweet tooth for candies and desserts. Bill was a lifelong democrat and known for being feisty and very opinionated.

Bill was the dear brother of Jane Felton; caring uncle of Susanne Felton, John Felton, Jane Minnocci, Samantha Farnham, William Lucas, Steven Lucas, Jeffrey Lucas, and Karen Domingue; also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
