William W. Koch, 87, passed away on July 1, 2026. Beloved son of the late Jay Clifford and Dorothy (nee Neiman) Koch.
William is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Rose F. (nee Barone) Koch, daughter, Gretchen K. Walsh (Patrick), and granddaughter, Chloe. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Kiesel (Paul) and brother, Jay Koch (Peggy).
After serving his country in the Navy and graduating from The Philadelphia College of Art, Bill embarked on a career in graphic design. He was a very talented graphic designer, and his clients included The Brandywine Museum of Art, National Liberty and other local businesses.
Bill loved spending time with his beloved wife Rose. In their youth, they were avid skiers and loved to take weekend trips to Vermont. They loved the time they spent in Cape May, visiting the Bird Observatory and having romantic dinners at their favorite restaurant- The Lobster House. Bill loved tending to his yard and gardens and taking care of the fox and the hundreds of birds who would flock to his feeders. He loved the Sunday family dinners where he could catch up with Gretchen, Chloe and Patrick. He was very active at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. He served on the Vestry, the Outreach Committee and was a Lay Reader.
Relatives and friends are invited to William’s visitation on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church, 7 St Andrews Lane Glenmoore, PA followed by his funeral mass at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to be made in William’s name to Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church or a charity of the donor’s choice.
