Thomas Frank

Thomas “Tom” Frank, 76, of West Chester, PA, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Tom was born on March 13, 1947 in Philadelphia, PA. 

Tom never missed an Eagles, Phillies, Penn State football, or Villanova basketball game. He shared his passion and knowledge for wine with others through his most recent work as a Wine Specialist. He enjoyed cooking dinner and sharing wine with his wife and friends. He loved his wife with all his heart and earned the nickname of “St. Thomas” for his patience and calm nature. Tom will forever be missed by all who loved him.

He is preceded in death by his stepfather George Nowland, and sister, Margie Stevenson.

He is survived by his wife, Caroline Butera-Frank; three children, David Frank, Thomas Frank and Alixandra Tate; his mother, Marjorie Nowland, his sister, Robin O'Donnell, and many friends.
