Thomas Leonard Burn

Thomas Leonard Burn, age 75, passed away surrounding by his loving family on May 30, 2026. Beloved son of Anna Marie (nee Kelly) Burn and the late Leonard Francis Burn.

Thom is survived by his wife Mary Veronica Burn; children, Thomas L. Burn, Jr. (Maureen), Veronica Moyse (Steven), Marianne Lamont (Chris), and Steven Burn (Kim); 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and brothers, James T. Burn and Robert J. Burn.

Thom proudly served in the US Navy and spoke of his time often and with pride. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW where he enjoyed socializing with other vets visiting different locations while he traveled.

He enjoyed traveling in the US to put his toes in the water at various beach towns. Florida being the one we visited the most. Whether in the Bahamas or Maui everything was better at the beach.

Spending time with his kids, grandkids and great grandkids was his favorite thing whether just sitting outside on the patio. Bbqing or at the firepit as long as family was around he was happy.

Relatives and friends are invited to Thom’s viewing on Friday, June 5, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM followed by his funeral service at 11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the pancreatic cancer network or to the Philadelphia VA hospital.
