Thomas A. Graham ("TAG")

Thomas A. Graham (“TAG”), of Secane, PA, passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving behind a legacy marked by kindness, compassion, and generosity.

Born and raised in Delco, PA, he was the cherished son of the late Thomas E. and Anna Marie (née Dean) Graham and best brother of Danny and Tina.

Tom was a proud graduate of Our Lady of Fatima (’78), Cardinal O’Hara High School (’82) and Saint Joseph’s University (’86) (#THWND). He devoted his career to computer consulting and business development, most recently serving at Info Solutions LLC since 2018 - a role he embraced with genuine enthusiasm and a deep sense of purpose. Known for his dedication and diligence, he cultivated lasting relationships with colleagues and clients, bringing both expertise and a steady commitment to excellence to every engagement.

Outside of his professional life, Tom was a passionate and devoted Philadelphia sports fan, proudly cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles (“Go Birds!”), the Philadelphia Phillies, and #55 Brandon Graham (no relation). When he was not rooting for his teams, Tom found peace and joy in fishing and golf and in being with the friends and family he adored.

Tom had a lifelong love of movies and music and could effortlessly recall a fitting quote or lyric for nearly any occasion - a quality that made him endlessly entertaining in conversation. That same sharp mind made him a formidable opponent in Wordle, Spelling Bee, and Crossplay, games he pursued with the same good-humored competitive spirit that defined so much of who he was. Most Tuesday nights found him alongside his beloved trivia team at Sligo in Media, Pennsylvania, and on Wednesday evenings he took his place on the other side of the microphone as trivia master at Saxers in Springfield, Pennsylvania - a role that suited him. Witty, sharp, and thoughtful, Tom had a rare ability to make everyone around him feel seen and appreciated. He was unfailingly grateful and considerate - a quality those who knew him recognized as simply part of who he was.

Tom’s steadfast selflessness extended even beyond his time with us. As a “Gift of Life” donor, he gave the extraordinary gift of sight, donating his corneas so that others might see the world a little more clearly. Through this final act of generosity, his spirit endures - a lasting reminder of the compassion and awareness of others that defined him in life. In his memory, his family hopes you will consider registering as an organ donor.

Tom is deeply loved and will by missed immensely by his brother, Daniel T. Graham (the late Anne), and his sister and brother-in-law, Christina and Paul Boston. A devoted and caring uncle, he will never be forgotten by his nieces and nephews: Daniel T. Graham (Amie), Megan M. Pierce (Tom), Moire E. Pellegrini (Mark), Ryan P. Graham, Grace A. Connelly (Ryan), Conor J. Boston (Julia), Maeve C. Boston, and the late Ted.

Family and friends are invited to honor Tom at a Visitation on Sunday evening, August 23, 2026, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Services will continue on Monday, with a Visitation 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1 Fatima Drive, Secane, PA 19018, followed by a Funeral Mass commencing at 11:00 AM. Interment thereafter at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
