Teresa D. Monroe, Age 89, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on November 1, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Teresa (Corbett) McAvoy.
Teresa enjoyed spending time with family and friends and trips to Ocean City, NJ.
She was a member of St. Basil Roman Catholic Church in Kimberton.
Teresa was the beloved wife of the late John P. Monroe; the loving mother of John P. Monroe and Theresa Monroe Sims (Charles R., Sr.); devoted grandmother of Amanda Monroe; and dear sister of Robert McAvoy (Agnes).
She was predeceased by her grandson, Charles R. Sims, Jr. and her sister and brother-in-law, Francesmary Hamill (James).
Teresa is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
