Telford Eugene Blevins, Sr.

Telford Eugene Blevins, Sr., 79, of Downingtown, PA, passed away peacefully at home on March 3, 2026, after battling cancer for serveral years.

Telford was born in 1946 in Kegley, West Virginia. He worked as a Corrections Officer and Supervisor for Chester County, PA.

Telford was the devoted son of Kathleen J. (nee Sanders) and the late Lonnie Estil Blevins; beloved companion of Barbara Toner (nee Smith); loving father of Rodney Allen Blevins (Linda) and the late Telford Eugene Blevins, Jr.; caring grandfather of 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren; dear brother of Bobby Monroe Blevins, Freddie Ray Blevins, Freda Kay Blevins-Perkins, Gerry Wayne Blevins, Jerry Blane Blevins, Clifford Lee Blevins, and Stella Frances Blevins-Kreps.

Services and interment are private.
