Stephen J. “Steve” Kennedy, age 67, of Newtown Square, died peacefully surrounded by family on the 25th of September 2023. Born in Philadelphia, Steve grew up in a loving family and enjoyed spending time with them over big Italian dinners. He graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Computer Science, but made most of his college memories during the summers with his friends in Margate, NJ. He met his loving wife Rosemary while working at the Bulletin, they were married on September 12, 1981 and spent 42 loving years together. Steve was the beloved son of the late Bill and Theresa (née Rosetti) Kennedy; husband of Rosemary (née Palmer) Kennedy; the loving father of Karen Noce (Justin), Laura Kennedy (Brian Hennessy), and Stephen Kennedy (Stacie Benenhaley); as well as the caring grandfather of Harper and Lily.  He is also survived by his sister, Betty Dejesse, and was predeceased by his son, Robert Kennedy; his sisters, Lillian Girardo and Pat Bissinger.
