In loving memory of Scott D. Fitch who surrounded by his family was taken from us on May 6, 2018.
Scott fought with all his being to survive but his numerous illnesses were more than anyone could endure. Scott lived in West Chester all his life and graduated from Henderson High School in 1988.
He was a huge sports fan and for close to two decades was a coach for East Side Little League.
He was a dedicated employee of Shoprite where he worked for most of his life.
Scott loved his time spent in North Wildwood where per his request some of his ashes will be scattered there and well as March field.
He was a very social person and people loved being around him.
If you needed to laugh, go hang with Scott.
He is survived by his father, John E. Fitch; siblings, Steven D. Fitch (Shannon) and Brooke A. Rink (Jeffrey); nephew, Gavin Rink, and nieces, Stella and Sydney Fitch; aunts, Wendy Harris and Peg Harris-Corcoran (David); his dogs, Tori, Sadie, and Leo; and countless friends; he was predeceased by his mother, Vicki (Harris) Fitch.
A celebration of his life is being held at the Post 106 VFW, Lincoln Avenue, WC on Thursday from 2 PM - 6 PM and all are welcome to share fond, funny memories of times being with Scott.
