Sandra Marie Jahnle

Sandra Marie Jahnle (Sandy), of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on October 5, 2026 at the age of 68. Born in Delaware County, PA, she was the son of the late Herbert A. and Susan M. (née Pasquini) Jahnle.

Sandra was the beloved mother of John A. Alberici (Lauren), the caring sister of Richard L. Jahnle (Grace) and Christopher Jahnle (Andrea). She is also survived by her dear nieces and nephews, and her many friends. She was loving, giving, and steadfastly kind, and she brought that same spirit into every role she held. Most of all, being a mother was the most important role in her life. Family (her son, along with her parents, brothers, daughter-in-law, and nieces and nephews) were what mattered most to her, and she cherished them with all the warmth and devotion that defined her life.

For many years, Sandra was a devoted art teacher at St. Anastasia School in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, where she shared her love of creativity with countless students and the school community. Sandra was also a skilled and talented artist in her own right, creating remarkable oil and watercolor paintings that reflected both her eye for beauty and her thoughtful nature. She also found joy and fellowship in being part of the Artist’s Circle art group.

Outside her work and artistic pursuits, Sandra loved listening to classic rock on the radio, and had a special affection for animals, particularly cats, whose companionship surely matched the gentleness of her own nature.

A Visitation in honor of Sandy will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, 9:30 – 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass, 10:30 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA. Interment thereafter at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
