Russell W. Patton

Russell W. Patton was born on July 14, 1955, in Washington State, and passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026, in Milmont Park, PA. The beloved husband of the late Kathleen R. Patton and father to his only daughter Kristin Carroll and Grandad to Colton Carroll.

Russ attended Oregon State University where he studied Construction Engineering. His 45-year career took him around the United States and overseas to Saudi Arabia working for multiple fortune 500 companies.

Russ and Kathy were married for 38 years and raised their daughter in Milmont Park, PA. They enjoyed spending time in North Wildwood, NJ and on their boat in Cape May, NJ. Russ’s devotion extended deeply toward his family, especially in the way he took care of his wife and daughter. A caring husband and devoted father, he was unwavering in his support and love. His strong faith in God was a guiding light throughout his life, grounding him during times of challenge and illuminating moments of gratitude and happiness.

Russ was an avid hunter, hunting the PA State Game lands with his friends and daughter. He took great joy in activities such as working on his truck, listening to his favorite music, savoring a cup of Wawa coffee and a cigarette.

Those who knew Russ will remember his unwavering loyalty, his steadfast work ethic, and the easy camaraderie he shared with friends and family alike. His legacy endures in his daughter and grandson.

Russ is survived by his daughter, Kristin M. Carroll (Robert), grandson, Colton, and sister, Hollie Puckett (Allen). He was predeceased by his loving wife Kathleen (Reynolds) Patton and beloved mother Nadine Little.

Family, friends, and all whose lives Russ touched are invited to honor his memory on July 14, 2026. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Peace Church, 208 Milmont Avenue, Folsom, PA, from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at the same location. Russ’s life will be celebrated in final rest with an inurnment at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Russ’s name are to be made to Delaware County Field & Stream Association.
