Rosemary Kofink Viebahn

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Rosemary Kofink Viebahn, who departed this life on April 25, 2026, at the age of 82, with family by her side.

Rosemary was a devoted mother and friend and a compassionate registered nurse who dedicated her life to caring for others. She earned her degree at Lankenau Hospital nursing program and was awarded the prestigious Legion of Honor Award from The Chapel of Four Chaplains in Philadelphia, PA. Rosemary proudly served her community through her work at Fair Acres, where she was known not only for her kindness and gentle spirit but also for her leadership and excellence in patient care. She was a respected presence among her colleagues, where her guidance and support left a lasting impact on both staff and patients.

Outside of her work, Rosemary found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She especially loved playing bingo, watching the Hallmark Channel, and attending social events with friends, where she shared laughter and built lasting friendships. Above all, she cherished time with her family, creating a home filled with love, warmth, and lasting memories. She was also a proud and loving “grand pup” mother to Kaios, Khloe, and Pickles, who brought her endless joy. 

She is survived by her son, William Viebahn, Jr. (Jacquelyn). She was preceded in death by her husband, William Viebahn and daughter, Wendy Viebahn. 

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA, followed by her interment at Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall, PA.
