Robert H. P. Nicolaysen, 83, of West Brandywine, PA, passed away on September 18, 2018.
Born in Jersey City, NJ in 1934, he was the son of the late Hans and Rita (nee Pleus) Nicolaysen. Robert served honorably in the US Army. He graduated from the University of Richmond and worked for many years as a salesman and then started and ran his own insurance agency. Robert shared 56 years of marriage with his wife, Judy (nee Wilburn) Nicolaysen.
They loved spending time in Avalon, NJ and before that boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Neighborhood Hospice, 400 E. Marshall Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
