Robert F. "Bob" Hoyt

Robert F. “Bob” Hoyt, age 88, of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on November 4, 2022. Born in Drexel Hill, PA. He was the beloved son of the late George Patrick and Dorothy Hoyt (nee Coyle).

Marty and Bob were always inseparable and they traveled around the world together. Bob was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He worked for the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspection. Bob also enjoyed spending time in Florida. In addition, Bob proudly served in the United States Army.

Bob was the loving husband of Martha K. “Marty” Hoyt (nee Woodfield); Caring uncle of Constance Dixon Church (Ronald) and Chuck Dixon (Elma); Devoted great-uncle of Kelly Cahill (Terrence). Also survived by 3 great nephews, 5 great-great nieces, and 3 great-great nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 9:30-10:30 AM on November 11, 2022 at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Private.
