Robert Harmer

Robert A. “Bob” Harmer, age 82, of Morton, PA, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2019.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Harry and Elizabeth (nee Hlvaty) Harmer.

Bob worked in the printing industry his whole life.  He was an avid hunter, enjoyed gardening and cooking and was a loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Bob was the beloved husband of Cecelia “Chicky” (nee Craig) Harmer; the loving father of Stephen Harmer, Judy Showers (John), Sherry Wilson (Bob) and Janet Harmer; the devoted grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 4.  He was the dear brother of Carol Lyon and the late James Harmer.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, Friday, November 22, 2019, 9:00 – 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Avenue, Morton, PA  19070, and to his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM.  Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
