Rita T. Burns (nee Tager), age 85, of Devon, PA, passed away on August 8, 2013. Born in Cambridge, MA, she was the daughter of the late George and Teresa Tager. Rita was a former resident of Belmont, MA. She was employed as a fundraiser for the Harvard Law School, retiring in 1988. She is survived by her son Peter T. Burns of Wayne, PA.
