Richard Smoker passed on May 25, 2014. Loving husband of Frances Elizabeth "Betty" Smoker (nee Miller). Dear father of James, Stephen (Sharon), Linda (Thomas) Milbourne, Nancy (Edward) McCash and the late Thomas (JoAnn). Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
