Rebecca Serrano Deitz

August 2, 1958 — December 30, 2025

Rebecca Serrano Deitz, age 67, of Folsom, PA, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2025, after a courageous and grace-filled battle with ovarian cancer.

Rebecca was a deeply loving, magnetic, and selfless woman whose warmth and generosity touched everyone she met. She loved life fiercely and gave herself fully to others, even through great personal hardship. Her strength, compassion, and unwavering love will always be remembered.

Rebecca was deeply involved in the Filipino-American community, being an active and cherished member of the Kapitbayan Filipino-American Association, Inc. Additionally, she was also a member of the Filipino-American Association of Montgomery County, Inc. (FAAMCI), where she fostered connections and shared her love for her heritage with others.

An ardent lover of dance, Rebecca found joy on the dance floor at the Adelphia in Deptford, NJ. Her zest for life and ability to bring people together through her love of dance will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of dancing alongside her.

Rebecca is survived by her son, Christopher Deitz; her daughter, Charlotte Hutchinson; and her sisters, Teresita Buesa, Priscilla Garcia, Laura Canar, Eva Konuma, and her precious granddaughter, Isla June Deitz.
