Ralph J. Patrone, age 94, passed away peacefully on January 13th. Son of the late William Patrone and Catherine Patrone (nee Paramito) Formerly of Naples, Florida and West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Ralph was pre-deceased by the love of his life, Joann Patrone (nee Raymond) and his beloved granddaughter, Gina Massimo.
Joann and Ralph’s 64 year marriage was the foundation of his life. They shared a wonderful life and retirement together.
Ralph was an only child, a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, and a man who valued his family above all else. Raised in South Philadelphia, Ralph came from humble beginnings working the stands on the Italian Market. Ralph was also an Army Veteran of the Korean War. Post war, he built a successful career as a CPA and businessman. Ralph was also one of the founding partners of DiNardos Famous Crabs in Philadelphia.
He was a proud father to Cathy (the late William) Hannum, Joann (Frank) Rozell, Mary Elizabeth (Anthony) Massimo, and Lisa Patrone. He was also, quite amazingly, a grandfather to 13 grandchildren, a great grandfather to 15 great grandchildren, and a great great grandfather to 5.
Ralph loved sharing stories from his younger years in South Philly, stories of his tenacious mother and good natured father, his career as an accountant, and even a few war stories about his days in Korea. He found joy in playing golf, continuing his accounting work and spending time with the close community of friends he and Joann built in Florida.
He leaves behind a family who will carry forward his stories. His presence will live on in every family meal, every round of golf, and every retold story and he will be deeply missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Sts Peter and Paul Church, 1325 East Boot Road, East Goshen, PA followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Burial at Sts Peter and Paul Cemetery immediately following.
