Philip Sechrist

Philip Haven Sechrist, 78, of West Chester, PA, passed away on April 11, 2018. Born in Lansdowne, PA, he was the son of the late Wilber Haven and Nelrita (nee McKee) Sechrist.
Phil retired from Boeing after 32 years.
He enjoyed volunteering as a Christian clown, was an avid golfer, member of the Knights of Columbus, and a diehard Eagles fan.
Phil was the beloved husband of Sue (nee Gehring) Sechrist; loving father of Laura DeLuca (Thomas), Michelle Reno (Seth), Donna Hughes (David), Susan Clow (Michael), Janet Sechrist (Gregory Hunsicker), and Philip Sechrist (Anna); and devoted "Pop Pop" to eight grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10-10:50 am Monday, April 16, 2018 at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Court, West Chester, PA 19382 followed by his Funeral Mass at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Heart Association, PO Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693 or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 2002 Sproul Road, Suite 102, Broomall, PA 19008, would be appreciated.
