Percy Samuelian

Percy A. Samuelian, age 93, of Springfield, PA, passed away on March 8, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Aram and Virginia (nee Kochounian) Samuelian.
Percy served his country honorably during World War II in the U.S. Navy. He received the Presidential Unit Citation for extraordinary heroism in action.
Percy was married to his beloved wife, the late Alice C. (nee Antonelli), for 60 years. He enjoyed taking rides to the shore, was an avid deep sea fisherman, loved spending time with his family and delighted in eating with friends and family! Percy was a hard working family man, maintaining two jobs. He retired at the age of 70 but got bored and went back to work for another 10 years.
Percy was the loving father of Ronald Samuelian, Gregory Samuelian (Ophelia) and Eileen Wapner (Kevin). He is also survived by his nieces. Percy is predeceased by his brother, Karl A. Samuelian.
Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 23, 2018, 11:30 AM, SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, 1600 S. Sproul Road, Springfield, PA 19064, 610-544-4933.
