Paul "Pop-Pop" Kelly

Paul E. “Pop-Pop” Kelly, Sr., age 70, of West Grove, PA and formerly of Upper Darby, PA,died on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Reading Hospital.

Paul is survived by his wife, Elaine L. Kelly (nee Bush), his daughters, Kimberly Kelly, Jeanine Kelly Cubler (Jim), Jacquelyn Kelly and Megan Kelly, his grandchildren Alyssa Rodden, Kalliann Rodden, Morgan Kelly, Brynn Rodden, Athan Vargiamis Jr., Nikolas Vargiamis, Ronan Cubler, and Scarlett Cubler; his brothers and sisters, William Kelly (Julie), Kathleen Day (Bob), Helene Shaw (Ron), and Sean Kelly, and many loving family and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, William F. Kelly Sr. and Marie T. Kelly (nee Staats) and his children, Katherine Kelly and Paul E. Kelly Jr.

Paul retired from Aqua, Inc. in 2016 after 45 years of service. He was a life-long member of the Cardington-Stonehurst Fire Company where he served 31 years.

Paul enjoyed summer vacations in Fenwick Island, DE for the last 30 years. He also enjoyed watching golf and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Most of all, he loved spending his time with his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday, March 20, 2021 9:00 AM-12:00 Noon at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA, (610) 449-0300 followed by his Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon. Interment Private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Paul’s name would be appreciated to the Cardington-Stonehurst Fire Company Company, 350 Harrison Avenue, Upper Darby, PA 19082.

Masks are to be worn when visiting the family and to the Funeral Service.   Social distancing is to be observed.
