Paul McCandless

Paul E. McCandless, age 62, of Clifton Heights, PA, passed away on November 18, 2021.

Born in Media, PA, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Joan (nee Woodruff) McCandless.

A graduate of Upper Darby High School, Paul served his country as a member of the USAF, retiring in 1999 after 20 years of dedicated service. A true patriot, his second career included employment as a District Scout Executive in Valley Forge Council, BSA. Additionally, Paul was a certified EMT and provided instruction for the American Red Cross in First Aid and CPR to community groups, medical offices and businesses. Most recently, he was employed by Plush Mills in Wallingford as evening Security.

Paul is the loving father of Bryan McCandless (Kate) and dear brother of Jill Esrey (Richard) and Mark McCandless (Georgena). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Friday, November 26, 2021 from Noon-1:00 PM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070, followed by a service at 1:00 PM. Interment private for family at a later date.
