Patrick T. Flynn, age 84, of Havertown, PA, passed away on August 19, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Patrick Joseph and Anne Flynn (nee O'Malley).
Patrick served in the United States Army during the Korean War era.
He had been employed as the Director of Data Processing at the Delaware County Court House for 28 years.
Patrick spent summers in North Wildwood, NJ at the home of his mother.
He enjoyed all Philadelphia sports teams and was an avid Eagles Fan.
His passions included reading, chess and blackjack.
He was a member of the Board of Directors for 22 years for the Brookline Fire Company.
He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Patrick is survived by his beloved wife, Joan M. Flynn (nee Sullivan), his loving children Patrick J. "Jay" Flynn (Lori) and Eileen Miley (Barry), his six grandchildren Patrick, Grace, Frank, Matthew, Lauren and Jaclyn and his nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday, August 23, 2018 9:30-10:30 AM Annunciation BVM Church, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.
Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
