Patricia A. McFadden, age 70, of Largo, FL, passed away on September 23, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank J. and Margaret McFadden (nee Oestreich).
Patricia was a 1964 graduate of West Catholic Girls High School in Philadelphia, PA. She was employed as a Contract Administrator for the United States Government in South Philadelphia, PA.
Patricia is survived by her loving siblings Peggy McGlone (James), Frank J. McFadden and Betty Jean Ward and her nieces and nephews Maureen Griffith, Cathy Wozniak, Eileen McGlone and Doug Ward. She was the great-aunt of Shae and Brynn Wozniak. Patricia was predeceased by her brother, Jimmy McFadden.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, September 30, 2017 9:00-10:00 AM St. Matthew Church, 3rd and Fayette Streets, Conshohocken, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
