"Patricia A. Harp"
Patricia (Gartley) Harp, 83, born November 10, 1941, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, was an outgoing and loving soul whose warmth and compassion left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She passed away peacefully the morning of December 24, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.
The daughter of George and Mabel (Hall) Gartley, Patricia grew up with a lively spirit that was evident to all who crossed her path. She adored her siblings, Gail (Gartley) Carkin, Betty (Gartley) Welch, and Norman Gartley, and carried a special place in her heart for her late brother, Floyd Gartley.
Patricia married her first love, Joseph Graziano Sr., with whom she shared a life filled with love and adventure until his passing in August 2005. Together, they raised their beloved son, Joseph Graziano Jr., who became the center of her world. Later, Patricia found love again and married David E. Harp, with whom she shared many happy years until his passing in August 2016.
Patricia’s happiest moments were spent during summers with her grandchildren, Emily and Ethan Graziano and Vincent and Elizabeth Fisher. She delighted in hosting backyard barbecues, sharing stories, and playing games that made her grandchildren’s laughter ring out like music. Her vibrant presence and boundless love created treasured memories that will be passed down through generations.
Patricia also cherished her time with her loyal and loving dog, Koda. Whether they were taking peaceful walks through the neighborhood or simply relaxing at home, Koda’s companionship brought her endless joy and comfort.
Her vivacious personality, unwavering generosity, and genuine care for others earned Patricia a special place in the hearts of all who knew her. She had an unmatched ability to brighten a room and make everyone feel welcome, valued, and loved.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. Yet, even in this time of mourning, we celebrate the life of an extraordinary woman who brought so much light and joy into the world. Her spirit will live on in the memories and stories we share and in the love she gave so freely.
A celebration of Patricia’s remarkable life will be held in the spring of 2025, with details to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take a moment to share a kind word, extend a helping hand, or enjoy a heartfelt laugh in her memory—just as Patricia would have done."
