Nicholas "Nick" Jerome Hojnacki, 25, of West Chester, PA passed away on April 8, 2018.
Nick was the beloved son of Patrick Jerome and Susan Marie Kent Hojnacki; loving brother of Alexandra K. Hojnacki (Jeremy Bogen), Victoria M. Hojnacki, and Olivia C. Hojnacki; dear grandson of Constance Irene Hojnacki; predeceased by his grandparents: Jerome Valentine Hojnacki and Edward Joseph and Marie Sedor Kent.
Nick was an All American swimmer at Unionville High School and an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He earned his Associate degree in supply chain management from Johnson College and worked as a logistics manager for Three Bakers. Nick enjoyed music and played the drums. He loved his dog, Barley.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 9-10 AM Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 15 E. Pleasant Grove Road, West Chester, PA 19382 followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment Birmingham Lafayette Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Caron Foundation, 243 N. Galen Hale Road, Wernersville, PA 19565 or to the Lamancha Animal Rescue, 855 Doe Run Road, Coatesville, PA 19320, would be appreciated.
