Nancy J. Ransing (nee Schimanski), 74, of Bishopville, MD, formerly of West Chester, PA and Chicago, IL passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on June 27, 2018.
Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Wisniewski) Schimanski.
Nancy was the beloved wife of Mike Ransing; loving mother of Janice Kwasizur (Frank), Nikki Owens, Brian Hutchinson (Beth) and Kris Hutchinson; devoted grandmother of Amanda, Max, Samantha and Ty and a great-granddaughter on the way; dear sister of Dennis Michaels and Kathy Szott.
Nancy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family. She enjoyed the beach, bowling, collecting things and trips to the casinos and outlets.
