Nancy Murphy Paul

Nancy Murphy Paul, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away
peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at the age of 83.Born on January 8, 1942, Nancy grew up in the Fairmount section ofPhiladelphia with her two sisters, Pat and Roseanne. With a spirit ofadventure, she set out as a young woman fresh out of high school towork as an au pair in London—an experience that sparked a lifelonglove of travel. Upon returning to the United States, she worked atCatholic Social Services before becoming a Real Estate Agent, a fieldshe worked in for over 40 years. Nancy made her own home in Fairmount,Bala Cynwyd and later Gladwyne, Pennsylvania.Nancy possessed an eye for beauty in all its forms, from elegantinteriors to her classic preppy attire. She had a tender heart foranimals and found joy in taking in strays and supporting variousanimal welfare organizations. But her greatest happiness came fromtime spent with her husband Tim, the love of her life, and fromwatching her children and grandchildren thrive. She took immense pridein her two daughters, Annie and Sally and her grandsons Teddy, Gus and
Frankie.

Nancy will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, hearty laugh, and
lasting friendships.
