Nancy Murphy Paul

Nancy Murphy Paul, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at the age of 83.Born on January 8, 1942, Nancy grew up in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia with her two sisters, Pat and Roseanne. With a spirit of adventure, she set out as a young woman fresh out of high school to work as an au pair in London—an experience that sparked a life long love of travel. Upon returning to the United States, she worked at Catholic Social Services before becoming a Real Estate Agent, a field she worked in for over 40 years. Nancy made her own home in Fairmount, Bala Cynwyd and later Gladwyne, Pennsylvania. Nancy possessed an eye for beauty in all its forms, from elegant interiors to her classic preppy attire. She had a tender heart for animals and found joy in taking in strays and supporting various animal welfare organizations. But her greatest happiness came from time spent with her husband Tim, the love of her life, and from watching her children and grandchildren thrive. She took immense pride in her two daughters, Annie and Sally and her grandsons Teddy, Gus and Frankie.

Nancy will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, hearty laugh, and lasting friendships.
