Nancy Halpin

Nancy J. Halpin (nee Henry), age 100, of West Chester, PA, passed away on August 8, 2019. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph P. and Eva I. (nee Burns) Henry. She was the youngest of six siblings.

Nancy belonged to the O’Mahoney Association in Southwest Philadelphia. She was an avid reader, had a strong Catholic faith, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Nancy was the beloved wife of the late James W. Halpin; loving mother of James W. Halpin, Jr. (Diane), Joseph P. Halpin (Helen), Jeanne Marie Halpin, and Denise A. Diskin (Ed); caring grandmother of Danielle, Gregory, Marie, Thomas, Erin, Katlyn, and the late Michelle; dear great grandmother of Nicolette, Gabriel, Haley, Cemile, Elise, Tyler, Isabella, Nathan, Ryan, and Cullen. She was predeceased by her 5 siblings.

Relatives and Friends are invited to Nancy’s Visitation on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 9:15-10:30 AM at SS. Peter and Paul Church, 1325 Boot Rd, West Chester, PA 19380, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
