Nancy Bradfield Aigeldinger

Nancy Bradfield Aigeldinger, 93, of Oley, PA passed away on June 29, 2025 Born in Denver, CO in 1931, Nancy was the daughter of the late William S., Sr. and Nona Watson Bradfield. Nancy wad the beloved wife of the late Harold R. Aigeldinger Jr.; loving mother of Kimberley Rishaw-Seyler (Vernon), Matthew Lewis Rishaw, Jacob Watson Aigeldinger (Kristine A. Boys); proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Nancy graduated from high school in Towson, MD and attended 3 years of college at Penn State Ogontz, during which time she learned to ride horses. She was a political, civil and human rights activist and volunteered for Planned Parenthood.

After college, she worked as a materials buyer for Connell Neurosurgical, Exton PA, James Spring and Wire, Frazer, PA and in the Accounting office for Great American and Pacific Trading Co. A&P.

Nancy had a huge appreciation for music and literature. She studied ballet in her youth, and as an accomplished pianist, was accepted into Peabody at a high school age. She also enjoyed singing in a local chorus. As a lover of genealogy, she enjoyed following up on her Mother's findings of being a "Daughter of the American Revolution.”

She absolutely adored her doggies and was an excellent cook, who loved gourmet food. Nancy also loved going to the beach, which was one of her favorite places on earth. She was also a long-time member of the Downingtown Quaker Friends Meeting.

An intelligent woman and much stronger than she believed, Nancy was of the generation that lived through the Great Depression, the Dust Bowl and World War II. To her, there was nothing better than good, lively conversation.
