Nadine M. Stumm

Nadine M. Stumm, 61, passed away March 18, 2024 surrounded by her family. Beloved daughter of the late Albert F. and Kathleen E. (nee Becker) Stumm.

Nadine is survived by her loving siblings Eugene J. Stumm, Denise Garrity (Hugh), and Brian A. Stumm (Joanne). She is also survived by her sister-in-law Lee Petzelt and 47 nieces and nephews. Nadine was predeceased by her brothers, Albert F. Stumm Jr. (Leanne), Gerard J. Stumm (Lorraine), and Kevin F. Stumm (Constance) and her sisters, Maureen Lucas and Kathleen E. Stumm.

Nadine was a dynamic athlete and held many medals in track and field and bowling with the Special Olympics. She lived life to her fullest. She loved taking biking rides especially when down the shore in Ocean City, NJ.  If she wasn’t enjoying the rides at the amusements parks, she would enjoy her many other hobbies like crossword puzzles or jigsaw puzzles but her favorite pastime was singing and dancing; Barry Manilow being her all-time go to vocal artist.

She was a light and inspiration to all those she would meet but most especially to her family and friends, of whom she so dearly loved. She was a lifelong Catholic and enjoyed reading her bible “Her God Book”. She will be remembered and missed by everyone.  Nadine put a smile on everyone’s face. She was the definition of love and joy.

Relatives and friends are invited to Nadine's Viewing Monday, March 25th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082. Her Funeral Mass will take place at St Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082 on Tuesday, March 26th at 10:30 AM, followed by her Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, 626 Baily Road, Yeadon, PA.
