Mrs. Kathleen Doyle

Doyle Kathleen L. "Kathy" Doyle, (nee Kramer), age 59, of Rutledge, PA , and formerly of West Chester, PA passed away peacefully on September 7, 2011. Beloved wife of Donald M. Doyle of Rutledge, PA. Loving mother of Christine A. Melton of Julian, NC and the late Scott Alan Melton. Dear sister of Thomas Walraven , Ralph Kramer, Charles Kramer, Nancy Carroll, and the late Edie Roeschen. Also survived by several grandchildren and one great-grandson. Kathy worked at the Ridley YMCA for a period, and later the Wallingford School District. There, she was a bus aid and helped with the transportation of disabled children in the district, a job she found enjoyable and rewarding as well. Kathy had a real zest for life. She was an honorary member of the Blue Knights, (PA Chapter X) and loved to ride with her husband Donald. She also had a fondness for the casinos, and a special place in her heart for her dogs, Griz and Blazer, who preceded her in death, and Polo, who will miss her dearly. She considered her greatest accomplishment in her life to be her children, Scott and Christine. Relatives and friends are invited to her Life Celebration on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 PM and Monday morning from 9 to 10 AM in James F. Knoetgen of Morton, 746 Kedron Ave( Route 420), Morton,PA 19070. Funeral sevice to follow Monday at 10 AM in funeral home. Interment Edgewood Memorial Park.
