Diane Adele Yannuzzi, 65, of Morton, PA passed away on January 19, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Diane was the beloved daughter of Helen J. (nee Tilla) and the late William J. Rockwell. Diane was a graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School and Delaware County Community College for nursing. She was a Registered Nurse, who was respected and loved by her patients and peers. Diane enjoyed various Science Fiction shows, among them Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea and became the co-founder of the Del Monroe Club. She was also a big Star Trek fan. She enjoyed making various crafts, jewelry making, crocheting and taking cruises and making friends as far away as Brazil. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending endless time with her grandchildren. She loved Scotties (dogs). She was a kind and good person who always enjoyed the company of her friends, family and being able to travel. Diane was the beloved wife of Anthony R. Yannuzzi; loving mother of Robert A. Yannuzzi and Kristen A. Yannuzzi; devoted grandmother of Autumn and Paul; devoted daughter of Helen J. Rockwell and dear sister of Karen Rockwell. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to: CTICU fund #5121 for mechanical circulatory assistance at Lankeneau Heart and Vascular Institute in Diane's name. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 7:00-9:00 PM Thursday evening and 9:00-10:00AM Friday morning at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070, 610-544-0600 followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Ave, Morton, PA 19070. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
