Mr. Robert Moore

Moore Robert Joseph Moore, 90, of Prospect Park, died Dec. 13 at Taylor Hospital. Born in Rutledge, he was a graduate of Lansdowne High School and a resident of Prospect Park for 61 years. He was a supervisor for Biddle Instruments when he retired. An Air Force veteran of World War II, he maintained aircraft while serving in North Africa. Mr. Moore was a longtime Taylor Hospital volunteer and a member of St. Gabriel Church. He enjoyed woodworking and had been a league bowler. Survivors: Wife of 61 years, Marie Elizabeth Ridgway Moore; daughters, Kate Carey (Frank) of West Chester, Peggy Pilone (Mike) of Brookhaven; son, Robert Moore of Prospect Park; sister, Evelyn McCabe of Middletown; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
