Mr. Louis Affannato

Affannato Louis Affannato, 82 formerly of South West Phila., died peacefully surrounded by family on January 24,2012. Louis was a U.S.ARMY veteran. He was a retired train supervisor for Septa, He enjoyed fishing, and going to the firing range. Louis was a long time member of Calvary Temple Church in South Philadelphia, but most of all he loved spending his time with his daughter and many grandchildren. Louis was the beloved husband of the late Catherine "Cass" (nee McMullin), and father of the late Barbara Coleman. He is survived by his daughter Carrie Sgalippi of Bethany Beach DE. And his brother Frank Affannato of Folsom PA. Louis is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews Family and friends are invited to Louis's Life Celebration on Saturday January 28,2012 where family and friends may call after 10am at the James F. Knoetgen Funeral Home of Morton 746 Kedron Ave (RT420) Religious services will begin at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Glenwood Memorial Garden Broomall PA.
