Mr. Leonard DeStefano, Sr.

DeStefano, Leonard F. "Pop" DeStefano, age 83, of Folsom, PA passed away on Dec. 25, 2011. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 43 years, Philomena (nee Staino) DeStefano. Loving father of Michael J. ( Kathleen), Leonard F. (Elaine), John M.(Sharon), and Maria DeStefano. Cherished grandfather of 8. Dear friend of Nancy Falcone, and Anthony and Dolores Inverso. Pop was a graduate of BOK High School. He was the Co-founder of American Picture Framing in Philadelphia, PA and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.He enjoyed golf, playing cards, and trips to the casino. But his greatest joy was spending time with people, most especially his family. Relatives and friends are invited to Pop's Life Celebration on Thursday, Dec. 29,2011 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM in James F. Knoetgen of Morton, PA, 746 Kedron Ave(Route 420), Morton,PA 19070. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM in Notre Dame R.C. Church, Michigan Ave and Fairview Rd., Swarthmore, PA 19081.
