Mary Shehan
January 25, 1926 — July 11, 2018
Mary T. Shehan (nee Gallagher), age 92, of Springfield, PA, formerly of Exton and West Chester, PA, passed away on July 11, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Patrick J. and Kathryn (nee Kennedy) Gallagher.
Mary was employed as a secretary with the Veteran's Administration.
In her later years, while a resident at Springfield Senior Commons, Mary was known to be an avid bingo player!
Mary was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence J. Shehan, Sr.; the loving mother of Kathryn A. Callos (Thomas), Mary E. Lutz (Paul), and Lawrence J. Shehan, Jr. (Janice).
She was the cherished grandmother of Stephanie White (Bob), Julie Ferraro (Mike), Daniel Callos (Kaitlin), Stacia Meadowcroft (Mark), Gregory Lutz, Laura Lutz, and Brigid Shehan.
Mary is also survived by her siblings Kathryn Henn and Francis Gallagher as well as her sister-in-law, Patricia Carey.
She is predeceased by her brother Joseph Gallagher.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Monday, July 16, 2018 10-11 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA
19073, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 AM.
Interment Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
