Mary “Mimi” Mulvihill, age 66, passed away on March 27th, 2026 in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Born on May 26th, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Mary Mcnabb.
Mary was a graduate of Villa Maria High School in Malvern PA, Trinity College in Washington, D.C., and West Chester University in West Chester, PA. Driven by a desire to help those less fortunate, she worked as a special education teacher where she developed strong and impactful relationships with students. She also spent time working as a teacher at St. Kevins in Springfield, PA.
She took her faith seriously by attending weekly mass, maintaining a commitment to prayer, and treating others with kindness and dignity. During her free time, she cherished hanging out with friends, her granddaughter Kennedy, and dog Teddy. She also loved routing for her favorite sports teams and players.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother Bobby. She is survived by her son Patrick, daughter Molly, sister Kate, granddaughter Kennedy, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial mass held at St. Isaac Jogues Parish on Wednesday, April 8th at 10AM located at 50 W Walker Road in Wayne, PA 19087. Attendees may begin to arrive at 9AM. The burial will follow immediately after mass at Calvary Cemetery, Villanova, PA followed by a luncheon. Further information on the luncheon will be provided at the services.
