Mary E. Mulligan

Mary E. Mulligan (nee Purcell), of Havertown, PA, passed away Thursday, September 19^th, 2023. She was the loving mother of MaryEllen Mulligan and Matthew J. Mulligan III; devoted grandmother of Jeffrey Brooks; caring sister of Margaret “Peggy” Gale, Ann McLaughlin, and the late Catherine “Cass” Marie Withers. 

Mary was a very generous person who fiercely loved her family, especially her grandson, Jeffrey. She always loved OC NJ, and enjoyed going to Atlantic City, NJ, and playing the slot machines. She was always up for a little bit of fun and laughter, people were naturally drawn to her. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Friday, September 29^th, 2023 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a 12:00 PM Funeral Service at the Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, 610 353-6300. Interment will be held at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA 19064.
